Registration for the TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021 will start on October 7, 2021, and will end on November 30, 2021.
The TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021 will run from December 1-15, 2021. This is open to all participants residing in the Philippines and has 2 categories: 50km and 25km with a 24hrs cut off time for each category and should be completed in one go (single stage). Submission of run time and proof will be accepted until December 15, 2021, at 10:00 PM.
All participants are entitled to a Finisher Entitlements after completing and submitting their run times. Finisher entitlements can be claimed with specific date and place to be announced by the organizer. For participants outside Davao City, we will coordinate the shipping fee to be paid by the participants thru shipping providers such as JRS, LBC, J&T, etc. or any preferred shipping provider. Cash on delivery will apply only if applicable.
To claim the finisher kit and entitlements, participant must complete the virtual run and present the finisher confirmation email that will be sent to the participant’s registered email address. Please bring a valid ID upon claiming. If claiming for another person, an authorization letter, a valid ID of the registered participant (photo/scan), and a valid ID of the authorized person claiming are required.
To all registered participants not yet full paid, we will accept payments until Dec 30, 2021. In connection to this, all Finisher Entitlements will not be released unless fully paid.
The TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021 with a 24hrs cut off time in all categories will start on December 1, 2021, and end on December 15, 2021, at 10:00 PM. During this time, runners can submit their race times and important information. No extensions will be given. If the runner is unable to submit his/her finish times within the period, s/he will be classified as a non-starter and will not be eligible to receive the finisher kit and finisher entitlements. Participants may choose any available app (i.e., Strava, Google Fit, etc.) or recording device (i.e., Stopwatch, GPS) to record their runs. Run proof to be submitted may be a photo or screenshot of the participant’s run time or distance.
The TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021 organizers can modify the rules, times, virtual run mechanics without prior notice. Conditions for the virtual run may change depending on operations, technical management, weather, safety, COVID-19 related situations and security.
This will be based on an honesty system. Full trust will be given to the participants to complete their run category distances and input their correct run times.
Virtual run entries are non-transferable, and participants are not allowed to transfer to any category.
During the participant’s timed run, each participant must observe COVID-19 national and local guidelines. Safety is the number one concern. Participants must make sure that he/she is running in a safe place, and properly protected.
The virtual run can be done on a treadmill or outside, depending on national and local guidelines. We remind participants to exercise extreme caution during their run.
Participants of the TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021 work entirely at their own risk and are responsible for deciding the route and the time of their run.
By entering the TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021, participants are accepting all the rules and mechanics provided by the organizers.

Race times of participants will not be made public.
All participants consent to the use of all photographic or video material pertaining to their participation in the TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021 made by the organizers or their assignees during any activity deemed to be part of the TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse any person’s entry or cancel any person’s entry throughout the course of the virtual run. If this happens, the person’s registration fee, if paid, will be refunded
Participants must plan their run carefully. Organizers will not provide any form of support (medical, security, closures, etc.) to the participants. Participants will be responsible for their safety, security and well-being.
Organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, death that may result to participating in the TAD50 Virtual Run Challenge 2021.
